Our products are digital PDF guides delivered by email after purchase.

• If you do not receive your file, or the file will not open, email info@gideonlegacygroup.com and we will resend it or refund the purchase.
• If you request a refund within 14 days of purchase because the guide was not what you expected, contact us and we will review it promptly.
• Once a readable file has been delivered and more than 14 days have passed, purchases are generally final.

Refunds are issued through the original payment method when possible.
